The objectives of the State Department 5G security campaign are to signal to our allies and partners the U.S. position on Chinese involvement in 5G supply chains, to inform U.S. and foreign publics about the dangers of Chinese technology vendors, and to persuade our allies and partners to create standards that would effectively disqualify Chinese technology vendors.  The purpose of this toolkit is to provide guidance and tools to support international engagement by posts and bureaus.
