How to Apply

Interested candidates for a vacancy MUST submit the following for each vacancy that interests them for consideration of their application. The Human Resources Office does not keep a data base of applications.

Please submit:

Universal Application for Employment UAE/DS-174 (PDF 636KB): An Application Form which you can download in PDF form.

You must ALSO include the following information in your application for employment:

  • Evidence of your legal right to work in [Country] such as a copy of your work permit or citizenship. Please do not send originals by mail. Copies are acceptable.
  • Evidence of U.S. citizen Eligible Family Member (USEFM) Preference (such as copy of your sponsor’s orders), if applicable. Please do not send originals by mail. Copies are acceptable.
  • Applicants who claim status as a preference-eligible U.S. Veteran must submit a copy of the most recent Member Copy Four (4) of the DD-214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, and, if applicable, a letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. If claiming conditional eligibility for U.S. Veterans’ preference, applicants must submit proof of conditional eligibility.  If the written documentation confirming eligibility is not received in the HR office by the closing date of the vacancy announcement, the U.S. Veterans’ preference will not be considered in the application process.  Mission HR’s decision on eligibility for U.S. Veterans’ preference after reviewing all required documentation is final.
  • Resume, copy of degrees, certificates, IDs, etc. will be considered as supporting material.

Please Note: Whether you are an internal or external candidate, if your application package is incomplete, you will not be considered further for a vacancy.
