Sites that use the Electronic Recruitment Application system to display job vacancies, and those that post all job vacancies on the site. You may view the two different standards below.
Non-ERA
Standard for use with sites that have not moved into the ERA system.
ERA
Standard for use with sites that have been brought into the ERA (Electronic Recruitment Application) system.
