Event: The National Hurricane Center (NHC) forecasts that Tropical Storm Lisa will become a hurricane by Wednesday, November 2, and will pass over or near the southeastern states of Mexico. The NHC issued a Hurricane Watch from Chetumal to Puerto Costa Maya and a Tropical Storm Watch from Chetumal to Punta Herrero.
